Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Direct communication and leadership of the marketing manager, factory manager, sales manager, and finance manager.
  2. Preparing and presenting analytical reports to assess performance and improve processes in weekly meetings with the board of directors.
  3. Optimizing financial processes within the production, marketing, and sales departments.
  4. Leading the factory manager in optimizing the production process, increasing production capacity, and supervising the activities of the production team.
  5. Managing office staff and directly leading the marketing and advertising managers.
  6. Developing frameworks to encourage staff to shift from traditional methods to modern and systematic approaches.
  7. Establishing effective communication with senior board advisors and utilizing their insights and experiences.
  8. Expanding exports and establishing effective connections with current representatives outside of Iran.
  9. Expanding the current approach to maintain and promote a friendly and calm organizational environment.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in leading and directly managing a team of at least 20 people for a minimum of three years.
  2. Strategic and scientific thinking, with expertise in marketing, especially in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  3. Ability to analyze financial and accounting data and reports.
  4. Familiarity with project management software and digital tools.
  5. Effective leadership, well-versed in modern management techniques, fostering a non-contentious organizational culture.
  6. Critical and creative thinking, with the ability to analyze beyond conventional frameworks and generate innovative ideas.
  7. Crisis management skills in production and marketing, preferably with experience in similar projects.
  8. Interest in continuous learning and developing managerial knowledge and skills.
  9. Outstanding skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and resource management.
  10. Preferably familiar with the textile industry or has experience working in manufacturing companies, with expertise in production processes.
  11. Education: Preferably holds a degree in management or textiles, with priority given to expertise and work experience.
